Mrs. Kim Catherine-Marie Kollins unfolds her “heart vision” of “the Call of Return to the House of the Lord – Return to the Upper Room” received during the “Easter Triduum of 1997. Her intuition, which birthed the Burning Bush Initiative, is shared within the pages of her book "Burning Bush, a Return to the Upper Room in Adoration and Intercession" – first published in 1999 and now translated into six languages. As initiator of the Burning Bush Initiative, she directs its International Development.

Kim is a Catholic lay-woman and is part of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR). She has lived in Europe since 1982 with Germany as her home base. She has proclaimed Jesus Christ as Lord in over thirty countries in Europe, Africa and the Far East. In 1988, her first book was published, “It’s Only the Beginning, a Journey with Jesus. She was a member of the Community of the Beatitudes for many years.

She has been an international leader in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for decades. In this capacity, she served on many National, European and International committees relating to the CCR, as well as, on committees relating to various Ecumenical Charismatic realities. There was a shift in her service beginning in these last years, as she began to draw her committee work to an end in preparation for the “new” that was to come.

She is continually amazed in the “Surprises of the Holy Spirit” and in manifold ways she has been led of the Spirit for a greater fulfillment of “the Call of Return to the House of the Lord – Return to the Upper Room.”
